The wise woods
Feeling the loss of someone great, who I never really got to know and wish I had. These woods feel like a wise place to contemplate the quiet cycle of life, growth and eventual death. Spring will arrive with its delicate hope after the mourning.
A Walk in the Country
Under lockdown I have discovered what's around me in every direction. Its been so beautiful in the Somerset countryside, I don't want to get back to normal. These were taken over a few different walks in April where we were very glad to have moved back home with my parents earlier in the year.
Sunset Over Covid 19
The world is looking increasing beautiful here in Somerset. The quietness and unusual hazy summer like days in early April easily make you forget the horrendous reality of the pandemic and our fragile existence.
I cant help thinking that the planet doesn't need humans.
This view could almost be in the early days of Los Angeles. I love the contrast of the illuminated building and and grainy texture in low light. I need to start using a tripod though.
